The need to respond flexibly to the needs of building users and visitors has changed dramatically. Good management of the technical systems also plays an important role. One of the main activities of Q3-Schoonmaak is contractual building management (facilities management). We do this together with our sister company Q3-Facilities.

Building management is a total concept for us. Total relief and only one contact person. Technical problems can be reported directly by residents or tenants through our building management portal. Naturally, as a customer you will receive a full report, possibly with automatic complaint reports and an approval process.

Individual ad hoc maintenance orders can also be carried out. For non-urgent assignments, we are happy to make a quotation first, while urgent assignments are carried out at a fixed hourly rate. We offer you a fixed solution for the facility management of your building(s) in the form of a service contract for the following activities:

Building management: inspections

With our building management inspection services, we carry out periodic checks. This includes: moisture measurements, EPC, safety and security, emergency lighting, (automatic) gates, roofing. We also provide advisory services and draw up maintenance plans.

Naturally, we take care of all planned maintenance at building management. With planned maintenance, you can think of maintenance of roofs, gutters, and the application of a protective nano treatment. You can also think of cleaning facades. cleaning and repairing parking spaces including markings. We also carry out painting, sanitary and electrical work.
